In the first week of April, 2,300 companies exhibited their novelties and innovations at the Light+Building in Frankfurt, Germany _ GEORG BECHTER LICHT was among them! “A small company making great strides, especially since the latest world light fair in 2012” - with this in view we presented our news and classics and caused fascinated eyes. Our No. 1 innovation was the BALDACHIN ceiling connection. This product range is an ingenious solution for any kind of commercial pendant lamp. Everyone knows that even the greatest luminaire needs an attractive ceiling connection to be in perfect shine. The plaster module, which is flush-mounted into the ceiling, can be equipped with a bayonet joint and is an attractive and integrated suspension for pendant luminaires. The different designs _ BS Small, BL Large, Intro or the wire suspension_ range from being a reduced smart detail to a playful and creative ceiling design. Further products like the ceiling luminaires VLOBE, VELVET and VOUGE showed an interesting performance of surface deformation and fascinated visitors with their diversity. The strongest magnet for many visitors was the installation of the VERVE wall luminaire, shining magically through the entire exhibition hall: a bright spot of light on the wall, like projected, which doesn’t betray the depth of the light module. This exhibition gave us the opportunity to introduce our small innovative product family and to present the new GEORG BECHTER LICHT catalogue with great pride. It was a pleasure to show numerous visitors our novelties, to give them an understanding of the installation and the technology _ and especially to inspire them with our fair stand. Now we are getting prepared for many exciting projects, and are looking forward to new clients who are inspired by GEORG BECHTER LICHT _ light, not a lamp!
